The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
Two Part-Time Support Workers are needed to join our vibrant housing services for people aged 55+. This role focuses on community, independence, and living well rather than decline. Our residents are active, socially connected, and value confidence, choice, and support that walks alongside them.
We Have Two Roles Available:
- 20 hours per week based at Ty Twyn Teg (Neath)
- 30 hours per week based at Ysbryd Y Mr (Port Talbot)

If you’ve worked in HSG-funded support services and are looking for a change of scene, consider this opportunity. Transferable experience could come from:
- Domestic abuse services
- Mental health support
- Generic tenancy support
- Or another area of supported housing

- Providing person-centred, strengths-based housing support across our schemes in Neath Port Talbot

- Supporting people to manage their tenancies and wellbeing
