We are looking for a Maintenance Scheduler to join our highly motivated and successful Scheduling Team. Our team exceeds our residents' expectations time and time again, and this has been recognised in our annual resident satisfaction survey where we scored 95% this year. Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls from residents, trade operatives, contractors, Maintenance Inspectors, caretakers, and others.
- Book new jobs, deal with ongoing works, and arrange appointments.
- Deal with a variety of different types of queries.
- Provide high levels of customer service to everyone you deal with.
