Join #TeamBeacon as a Multi Skilled Operative and help us deliver lasting change you can see across our communities. Based in Swansea and working across Swansea, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Bridgend, Neath Port Talbot and Carmarthenshire, this full-time role (40 hours per week) offers a salary of up to £35,550 plus a £600 annual tool allowance following successful completion of probation.
Responsibilities
- A key role in maintaining and improving our homes—carrying out day-to-day repairs, working on kitchen and bathroom upgrades, and preparing empty properties so they’re ready for new residents.
- Manage your own workload, materials and van stock, taking pride in getting the job done right first time while delivering a high standard of service.
Qualifications
- Qualified carpenter or plumber (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).
- Enjoy problem solving, takes ownership of work, puts residents first, communicates openly, builds positive relationships and is motivated to make a real difference in the communities we serve.
