As a Caretaker, you will be an Ambassador for Beacon, acting as a key point of contact for residents across our schemes. Working closely with our Community Housing, Compliance and Maintenance Teams, you will help ensure our estates remain safe, clean, well-maintained and welcoming environments for residents.
This is a hands-on role where you will deliver a high-quality mobile caretaking service across a variety of sites, carrying out inspections, minor repairs, cleaning duties and health.
