We are seeking two Resident Liaison Officers to join our team and act as the main point of contact between residents, contractors, and Beacon during essential improvement works.

Working within our decarbonisation and fire safety programmes, you will play a crucial role in supporting tenants and leaseholders through projects such as solar panel installations as part of the Optimised Retrofit Programme (ORP), energy efficiency upgrades, and building safety remediation works.

You will be responsible for engaging with residents to explain the nature and timeline of works, managing concerns sensitively, and ensuring that all individuals feel informed, respected, and supported throughout the process. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
