As a Grants Technical Officer, you’ll lead on preparing and managing schedules of work for Physical Adaptation Grants (PAGs). This means taking projects from survey, design and tender stages right through to on‑site delivery and completion.
You’ll ensure residents receive adaptations that help them live safely, independently and with dignity. You’ll work closely with contractors, colleagues, Occupational Therapists and Welsh Government to make sure every job is delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.
This is a role for someone who loves problem‑solving, is confident managing technical projects and enjoys working directly with residents to make a real difference.
Please note that if you are successfully shortlisted for this role, you will be contacted on Monday 23rd February and invited to attend an interview at our Head Office on Wednesday 25th February.
