We are looking for a Building Quality Inspector to help us deliver safe, high‑quality homes across South Wales. You’ll oversee building and maintenance works, carry out site inspections, and ensure contractors meet agreed standards, timescales, and budgets.
Working with our Maintenance and Asset teams, you’ll build strong relationships with contractors, colleagues, and residents—providing updates, resolving issues on site, and maintaining accurate inspection records. You’ll support defect checks, project handovers, design reviews, and stock condition surveys.
We’re looking for someone organised, analytical, and hands‑on, with strong communication skills and good technical knowledge of construction standards and drawings.
