Beacon Cymru Group Ltd in Wales is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join our HR team and influence a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture. You will provide expert guidance across the employee lifecycle and support around 380 colleagues across Wales.

Working closely with managers and staff, you’ll lead complex employee relations cases, support recruitment, drive wellbeing initiatives and contribute to organisational change, ensuring HR practices are compliant and consistent.
