As a Scheme Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our multi-occupancy schemes. You will be responsible for ensuring communal areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for all tenants, helping to create a positive living environment.
Your duties will include:
- Cleaning shared spaces
- Managing refuse and recycling areas
- Monitoring site standards
- Acting as a key point of contact on site
- Reporting maintenance issues to the Reactive Maintenance Team
- Signposting tenants to the appropriate officers for non-maintenance queries
We are looking for a proactive and reliable individual who can manage cleaning supplies directly with suppliers, work independently, and consistently uphold health and safety standards. You will be expected to complete relevant training, follow organisational policies, and demonstrate Beacons values in all aspects of your work.
