As a Grants Technical Officer, you will lead on preparing and managing schedules of work for Physical Adaptation Grants (PAGs). This means taking projects from survey, design and tender stages right through to on-site delivery and completion.
You will ensure residents receive adaptations that help them live safely, independently and with dignity. You will work closely with contractors, colleagues, Occupational Therapists and Welsh Government to make sure every job is delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.
This is a role for someone who loves problem-solving, is confident managing technical projects and enjoys working directly with residents to make a real difference.
