We’re looking for Customer Service Assistants to join our friendly and supportive Customer Service team at Beacon.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our residents and customers.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across Housing services, you’ll aim to resolve queries at the first opportunity, ensuring a consistent, high-quality service every time.
This role suits someone who is customer-focused, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll be confident using digital systems, able to handle a range of enquiries sensitively, and motivated to continuously improve the way services are delivered.
