We are looking for a Director of Assets and Maintenance to join our Senior Management Team and lead how we invest in, manage and maintain our homes. This is a pivotal leadership role, shaping strategy, ensuring compliance and driving high-performing, resident-focused services across asset management, repairs and maintenance.
You will work closely with the Executive Team and Board, leading a large, multi-disciplinary service and delivering transformation through data, innovation and strong commercial leadership. We seek a strategic and inspiring leader with significant experience in asset management or the built environment, who is passionate about delivering excellent services and improving outcomes for residents and communities.
