This is a permanent opportunity to take on a key role during a significant period of building remediation and service change.
As Deputy Scheme Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the scheme, providing a consistent and visible leadership presence for residents and staff. Working closely with the Extra Care Manager, to ensure the service remains safe, well-managed and responsive to residents' needs.
This role requires a confident, resilient individual, capable of managing the challenges of operating a partially occupied scheme within an active construction environment. You will play a key role in maintaining stability for residents and responding effectively to the impact of ongoing works on daily operations.
We are looking for someone who is calm, adaptable and solution-focused, with the ability to build strong relationships and maintain a positive, respectful environment for residents to live.
