Based in Swansea and working across Swansea, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Bridgend, Neath Port Talbot and Carmarthenshire, this full-time role (40 hours per week) offers a salary of up to £35,550 plus a £600 annual tool allowance following successful completion of probation. As part of our in-house Repairs Team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving our homes—carrying out day-to-day repairs, working on kitchen and bathroom upgrades, and preparing empty properties so they’re ready for new residents. You’ll manage your own workload, materials and van stock, taking pride in getting the job done right first time while delivering a high standard of service. We’re looking for a qualified carpenter or plumber (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) who enjoys problem solving, takes ownership of their work, and puts residents first. You’ll be someone who communicates openly, builds positive relationships and is motivated to make a real difference in the communities we serve. In return, you’ll join a high-performing team delivering excellent results, with the trust and autonomy to use your initiative, develop your skills, and contribute to better homes and neighbourhoods for people and the planet
