As a Caretaker, you will be an Ambassador for Beacon, acting as a key point of contact for residents across our schemes. Working closely with our Community Housing, Compliance and Maintenance Teams, you will help ensure our estates remain safe, clean, well-maintained and welcoming environments for residents.
This is a hands-on role where you will deliver a high-quality mobile caretaking service across a variety of sites, carrying out inspections, minor repairs, cleaning duties and health & safety checks to a high standard. You will build positive working relationships with residents, contractors and colleagues, responding to service demands promptly and flexibly while taking pride in maintaining the overall kerb appeal of Beacons communities.
This role is offered on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension or to become permanent.
