Beacon Comms is one of the leading rigging companies in the UK, working with many of the largest mobile phone operators. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Rigging Team Leaders and 2nd man riggers.

Location: We are looking for riggers based in the South West, as you will be working for our head office based in Tavistock, Devon. Although you will have a regional “home base”, these roles do require you to travel to customer sites around the UK on an ongoing basis and so flexibility in terms of working location and time spent away from home are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a team on various projects across the UK.
  • Adapt and react to last-minute changes.
  • Find solutions to unexpected challenges.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and conscientiousness.
  • Installations of telecoms equipment at height.
  • Production of client handover pack documentation.

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a telecoms rigger on mobile phone networks.
  • Hardworking, smart, and accurate.
  • Capable to work in an outdoor environment year-round.
  • Able to adapt and find solutions quickly.
  • Full current driving licence.
  • Comfortable working at heights.
  • Able to accommodate flexible working - these roles mean working away from home during the week.
  • Willingness to work away from home.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent observation of Health and Safety requirements.
