Beacon Academy in Crowborough is seeking a reliable and hardworking Site Operative to join our friendly and dedicated team on a shift rota basis. The shift rotas are: 6:30‑14:30, 8:00‑16:00 and 11:30‑19:30. This is a key role supporting the day‑to‑day maintenance, security and safety of the school site, helping to ensure a clean, welcoming and well‐maintained environment for students, staff and visitors. The successful candidate will be practical, flexible, and able to work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility and pride in their work.
