About this Role
The successful candidatewill have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs andDisabilities, particularly those with Social, Emotional and Mental Health(SEMH) needs and/or physical disabilities. They will be committed to inclusion andpassionate about helping every child overcome barriers to learning and achievesuccess.
LindensAcademy is a mainstream setting with an Additional Resource Provision forsupporting pupils with complex medical needs and physical disabilities. It is a welcoming andinclusive academy, serving children aged 3 to 11 in Streetly,part of the Walsall community. We are extremely proud to be part of the LighthouseMulti Academy Trust, working collaboratively to inspire and support everychild's learning journey.
The successful candidates will:
- Have a proven track record of working successfully across the primaryage range.
- Be a team player with good interpersonal skills who takes the initiativewhen necessary.
- Be committed to high standards of behaviour and achievement.
- Have very good literacy, numeracy and communication skills.
- Be willing to undertake training as required.
- Minimum Level 3 qualification which is a Departmentfor Education (DfE) recognised Early Years qualification, or equivalentqualification or relevant experience that meets the approved Early Yearsrequirements in England.
