We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Music Program Coordinator to join our team at the music school. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our music programs, ensuring that classes run smoothly and efficiently, and providing support to our music instructors and students.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule music classes and programs, ensuring that they meet the needs of our students and instructors.
- Work closely with instructors to develop and implement music curriculum that is engaging, effective, and aligned with industry standards.
- Provide administrative support, such as scheduling, record-keeping, and communication with students and parents.
- Manage the school's musical instruments and equipment, ensuring that they are properly maintained and available for student use.
- Assist with marketing efforts, such as coordinating outreach events, developing promotional materials, and managing social media accounts.
- Provide guidance and support to students, helping them to navigate the program and achieve their musical goals.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure that the music program aligns with the school's overall mission and goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in music or music education (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
