We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Music Program Coordinator to join our team at the music school. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our music programs, ensuring that classes run smoothly and efficiently, and providing support to our music instructors and students.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule music classes and programs, ensuring that they meet the needs of our students and instructors.
  • Work closely with instructors to develop and implement music curriculum that is engaging, effective, and aligned with industry standards.
  • Provide administrative support, such as scheduling, record-keeping, and communication with students and parents.
  • Manage the school's musical instruments and equipment, ensuring that they are properly maintained and available for student use.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, such as coordinating outreach events, developing promotional materials, and managing social media accounts.
  • Provide guidance and support to students, helping them to navigate the program and achieve their musical goals.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure that the music program aligns with the school's overall mission and goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in music or music education (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with instructors, students, and parents.
  • Experience in music program coordination, administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in music software and equipment.
