We’re on the hunt for a talented sous chef to join our team at The Coastguard, a popular pub in St Margarets Bay. Whether you’re already a strong sous or a driven CDP ready to step up, this is your chance to be part of something exciting and learn how to run a kitchen confidently while supporting (and covering for) the Head Chef.
We serve modern pub food with real flair — think epic Sunday roasts, tasty small plates, and proper attention to detail. You'll help lead a passionate kitchen team producing dishes that genuinely wow our guests.
- Salary: £32–36k + approx. £4k in tips
- Average of 45 hours per week
- Pension & 28 days holiday
