A busser is one of the most important roles in hospitality! A busser supports the Bar & FOH servers by ensuring all our guests receive their food and drinks swiftly and that their tables are set up ready with everything the customers need for a brilliant experience with us. This isn’t order taking, pulling pints or making cocktails this is about delivering the food and drinks to our customers with a smile!

A brilliant busser can make or break a service in our pubs! It is a great starting role in hospitality and really helps you to understand the ins and outs of giving brilliant customer service. This is the ideal job for a school or college student looking to earn some extra money at weekends and over the holidays. Shift lengths are on average 4-6 hours. We are looking for a busser for weekend shifts at The Coastguard, so availability on a Saturday or Sunday each week is key (potentially more shifts during the holidays).

You need to be confident, smiley and enjoy chatting and engaging with different people. Experience is definitely a bonus but training will also be given, we are looking for someone with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
