We’re looking for an Executive Head Chef to take full ownership of our kitchens — someone who can balance high standards with strong leadership, and keep the group moving forward as we grow to 10 venues by 2030.
The Role:
This is a hands-on leadership position overseeing six sites. You’ll manage and support Head Chefs, maintain consistency across all menus, and ensure every kitchen runs to a professional standard — from service and food quality to cost control and training.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring kitchen teams across all venues.
- Ensuring food standards, presentation, and consistency remain high at all times.
- Overseeing GP, stock, and labour costs with a focus on efficiency and accountability.
- Managing supplier relationships.
- Working with the senior team to develop seasonal menus and group food strategy.
- Recruiting, training, and developing Head chefs.
- Upholding food safety, compliance, and kitchen discipline across the group.
About You:
- Experienced Head Chef or Executive Chef with a background in multi-site operations.
- Strong leader — organised, fair, and respected in the kitchen.
- Commercially aware - a solid understanding of cost control and GP management.
- Able to balance creativity with consistency and structure.
- Passionate about training, standards, and building teams that work well under pressure.
- Clear communicator who can collaborate across departments and lead from the front.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary with performance-related bonus.
- Freedom to develop menus and influence direction across all sites.
- A supportive leadership team — no corporate red tape.
- Career growth as the group expands.
- A kitchen culture built on respect, quality, and teamwork.
