The Role:
The position involves predominantly loan security and investment valuation, with additional asset and portfolio valuation reports for various commercial properties and residential development sites. The ideal candidate is an established professional currently working for a competing firm, but we also welcome relocating candidates who meet the criteria. RICS qualification and registration under the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme are required. A background in commercial valuations is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Engaging with clients across the region.
- Developing existing and new client relationships proactively.
- Collaborating with other departments to enhance revenue streams.
- Building successful relationships with clients, internal teams, and external advisors.
