Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a well-established and forward-thinking firm of Chartered Surveyors to recruit a Chartered Valuation Surveyor as part of their strategic growth in Gloucestershire / Oxfordshire. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver valuation instructions from start to finish, with support from junior and senior colleagues.
- Manage and grow client relationships at middle to senior management levels.
- Prepare valuation reports and submissions in line with RICS standards.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the valuation sector.
- Contribute to team fee targets and support the delivery of major projects.
- Continuously improve processes, techniques, and service delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- MRICS-qualified Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a valuation role, ideally within a chartered surveying firm.
- Proven experience in commercial property valuations.
- Strong understanding of market trends, valuation standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with Argus/KEL or similar software (training can be provided).
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
