What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver Red Book-compliant valuations for loan security, tax, accounts, and strategic advice.
- Value a wide range of assets including commercial properties, development land, and specialist sectors.
- Collaborate with investment, agency, and development teams to provide seamless client service.
- Contribute to business development and help grow the valuation offering.
What We're Looking For:
- MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer.
- Solid experience in Red Book valuations, ideally across commercial sectors.
- A proactive, client-focused mindset with strong communication and analytical skills.
- Comfortable using MS Office and ideally ARGUS software.
- Full UK driving licence.
