Surveyor – Commercial Valuations
London
£45k-£60k base plus car allowance
Our client is seeking an experienced RICS-registered valuer to join their Commercial Valuations team based at their Head Office in London. The role will primarily focus on providing valuations for loan security purposes to major banks. This position is ideal for someone looking for a new challenge and eager to build strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
The London-based valuations team covers the entire London and South East region, reporting on a diverse range of properties including commercial investments, operational assets, residential developments, and mixed-use schemes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work within the London valuation team, providing valuations for loan security (vacant possession and investment), internal decision-making, tax, and financial reporting.
- Conduct inspections, calculate floor and site areas, research comparables, demographics, and planning, review leases and agreements, and prepare valuations and development appraisals.
- Identify new business opportunities within the commercial valuation sector.
