Overview
Beach Baker is delighted to be working on behalf of a globally respected property consultancy to recruit a specialist markets Valuation Surveyor for their expanding Bristol office. This is a rare opportunity to specialise in the valuation of trading businesses within the dynamic and fast-growing healthcare sector.
You’ll be joining a nationally recognised team, providing expert advice across a range of healthcare assets including care homes, private hospitals, mental health facilities, retirement villages, and more. Your work will directly contribute to shaping communities and delivering profitable, strategic advice to clients.
