Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting valuations for affordable housing providers, local authorities, and private clients to support land acquisition, new home developments, and disposals.
- Preparing detailed valuation reports and recommendations in compliance with RICS guidelines.
- Building strong client relationships to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions.
- Delivering robust viability advice to aid key decision-making processes, supporting projects such as new housing developments and urban regeneration.
Example projects you might work on:
- Advising a government department on the viability of a significant housing development in London.
- Conducting a red book valuation for land acquisition to build affordable homes.
- Updating valuation reports to support shared ownership home sales.
- Producing market reviews for town centre regeneration projects.

About you:
- Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer
- 3+ years PQE
- Experience in affordable housing valuation or a strong interest in developing these skills.
