My client is looking to recruit an Industrial Agent. Due to continued growth, we have an exciting and unique opportunity for an experienced Industrial Agent to join a thriving Agency team in London.
The Role
Based in an office in the heart of the City of London, you will play a key role within the Industrial & Logistics (I&L) Agency team. This is a dynamic, client-facing role where you will act with autonomy and initiative, contributing directly to the team’s ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
- Disposal and acquisition of property within the Industrial & Logistics (I&L) and Industrial Outside Storage (IOS) sectors
- Managing and developing client relationships
- Identifying and creating new business opportunities across the market
- Providing strategic advice to clients on property transactions
About You
- Proven experience in I&L agency work, particularly within disposals and acquisitions
- Strong knowledge of the South-East market, with exposure to Mid Box and Big Box locations
- Experience across the Home Counties and Midlands is highly desirable
- Commercially minded, proactive, and driven to win new business
- A natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills
