The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Cost Manager or Associate Director to lead and deliver cost consultancy services across a diverse range of sectors including Healthcare, Education, High-Tech Industrial, and Logistics/Warehousing. These projects typically range from £60 million GDV and upwards, offering the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting and transformative developments in the UK. This is a strategic role for a commercially astute and client-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cost management services across the full project lifecycle.
  • Deliver accurate cost planning, procurement advice, and contract administration.
  • Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Oversee project teams and mentor junior staff.
  • Contribute to business development and sector growth strategies.
  • Ensure quality and consistency across all deliverables.

About You

  • MRICS qualified with a proven track record in cost consultancy.
  • Experience across one or more of the following sectors: Health, Education, Industrial, or Warehousing would be preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially driven with a passion for delivering value.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid and flexible environment.
