Overview Beach Baker are recruiting for a Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor to join an Estate Management Team based in Cumbria. Your work will support the management of their diverse let estate and you\’ll be providing technical advice and support on land and property management. You\’ll be passionate about conservation and combine this with strong technical knowledge and an entrepreneurial approach to rural surveying. Managing change in the rural landscape is a central focus and they will look to you for up to the minute advice and guidance.What you\’ll be doing You\’ll be involved in a wide range of work which is likely to include work on agricultural tenancies and agri-environmental schemes, residential and commercial lettings, woodland management, access rights and boundary issues, valuations and occasional acquisitions and disposals.As part of the Estate Management team, you\’ll bring a range of skills to ensure they safeguard and manage their land and buildings to best deliver their objectives.
