Beach Baker is recruiting for a City-Based startup fusing deep property expertise with cutting-edge AI to make valuations faster and smarter—without losing the human touch. Their tools are designed to support valuers, not replace them. We’re looking for a RICS Registered Valuer with experience in residential secured lending (including HMOs and MUFBs) who’s excited to help shape the future of property tech. Whether you come from a traditional firm or a startup, if you’re hands-on and impact-driven, you’ll feel right at home. Their small team of seven speaks five languages and values every voice. What You’ll Do

  • Review, refine, and sign off AI-assisted valuation reports using your expertise.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality benchmarks.
  • Help shape and maintain robust quality assurance processes.
  • Collaborate with Tech and Product teams to ensure our tools meet real-world needs. (No coding required—just curiosity and openness to new ways of working.)

What We’re Looking For

  • RICS Registered Valuer with strong experience in secured lending (including HMOs and MUFBs).
  • Comfortable with—or eager to explore—desktop valuations.
  • A proactive team player who’s happy to lead or support as needed.
  • Enjoys both collaborative and independent work.
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Passionate about innovation in property valuation.
