This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious surveyor with experience undertaking Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 surveys who is looking to join a busy and successful team with a strong reputation across the South West. The role will involve carrying out a varied mix of residential valuations, HomeBuyer Reports and building surveys across a broad range of property types, from town centre homes to village and rural properties. The successful candidate will enjoy a high degree of autonomy whilst benefiting from the support of an experienced and collaborative team. Key Responsibilities Undertake residential valuations across a variety of property types Carry out Level 2 HomeBuyer Surveys Undertake Level 3 Building Surveys where appropriate (training can be provided) Build and maintain strong client relationships Deliver a professional and high-quality service Support business development activities and generate new opportunities Manage your own workload and diary effectively About You AssocRICS or MRICS qualified Experience undertaking residential surveys and valuations Strong report-writing and communication skills Commercially minded with good networking abilities Self-motivated and proactive approach to work Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle What's On Offer?
