A well-established, multi-disciplinary Property Consultancy has instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Building Surveyor for its thriving Bristol office.
The Role:
- City centre office location
- Part of a national Building Surveying team of circa 40 professionals, approx. 200 employees within the business across all offices
- Exposure to a broad range of instructions across diverse commercial property portfolios
- Balanced workload: approximately 50% project/contract administration and 50% professional surveys
