A highly successful Property Consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Projects Building Surveyor within their expanding Cardiff office.

With a team of approximately 1,400 professionals—including 200 dedicated building surveyors—the firm delivers expert consultancy services across a wide range of sectors.
Having grown organically, it now reports an annual turnover of £150 million and has ambitious plans to triple this by 2035.
Role Features
- Office based in the City Centre.
- Part of a regional Building Surveying team of 13 people.
- Mainly managing public sector projects.
- Working with ‘Grade-A’ clients.
- Contract work typically ranges between £500k to £2m.

- Partnering with clients who have secured project funding, ensuring a stable pipeline of work. Sectors include Emergency Services, Education, Healthcare, Aviation, and many more.
- Interesting spread of projects and will not be pigeon-holed in one area, however the business is also happy to support someone who wants specilaise or create their own niche in a particular sector.
So, this role would be great for someone who hasn’t had the chance to really make a role their own, this is your chance.
