About the Role
You will undertake Red Book loan security valuations for UK lenders across commercial, residential, development, healthcare, trading valuations and mixed-use assets. You'll manage your own instructions end-to-end, supported by a collaborative regional team and advanced digital tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage instructions from inspection to digital report issuance
- Prepare clear, lender-focused valuation reports with assumptions, sensitivities and risk commentary
- Value a diverse range of assets: industrial/logistics, office, retail, resi, mixed-use, development, trading and healthcare
- Ensure full RICS Red Book and lender-panel compliance
- Maintain robust, lender-optimised audit trails
- Build and nurture client relationships with lenders, borrowers, solicitors and agents
- Contribute to business development through networking, events, and leveraging firmwide lead-tracking tools
What We're Looking For
- MRICS + Registered Valuer
- Ideally 2 years PQE, though strong candidates with less experience will be considered
- Experience in loan security valuations
- Strong reporting, modelling and analytical skills
- Confidence in client communication and relationship building
- Willingness to travel as required
- Enthusiasm for new technology and continuous improvement
- Full UK driving licence
