Over the past year, the team has significantly strengthened its position in the market, providing strategic business rates advice to Local Authority clients and securing appointment to a major public sector framework. In addition, the department has been advising several large UK-wide real estate organisations on complex business rates strategies across extensive property portfolios. Clients range from national brands and major occupiers to public sector organisations and institutional property owners. Experience advising on Local Authority property portfolios would be beneficial but is not essential. With a strong pipeline of work, high-profile clients, and a supportive environment, this position offers excellent long-term career development and progression opportunities. Undertake site inspections, measurements, and valuation assessments. Represent clients in negotiations with the Valuation Office Agency and billing authorities. Mentor and support Surveyors and Graduates in their professional development. Ensure compliance with professional, financial, and quality standards. Strong analytical, valuation, and commercial skills. Exposure to high-profile clients across both public and private sectors.
