Self‐Employed Basis – Bristol/Bath region or beyond. Beach Baker is pleased to be working with a leading independent valuation practice, providing a comprehensive valuation service across England and Wales.
Our client delivers high‐quality residential, commercial, and development valuations, with a strong reputation for professionalism, reliability, and excellent customer service. They have established long‐standing relationships with a wide range of brokers and lender clients, particularly within the bridging and secured lending market, where speed, accuracy, and consistency are essential.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint experienced RICS Registered Valuers to join their busy national team.
The Role
- Undertake valuation instructions within a 40‐mile radius of your home postcode
- Carry out residential, commercial, and development valuations
- Operate in a fast‐paced lending environment with clear turnaround expectations:
- Residential: 2 working days from inspection
- Commercial & Development: 4 working days from inspection
Remuneration
- 50% of the net fee received from the client
- Guaranteed minimum fee of £150 per instruction
- Competitive fee scales with transparent payment structure
About You
- To be considered, you will:
- Be MRICS and RICS Registered
- Have a minimum of 5 years' post‐qualification experience
- Be highly professional, meticulous, and committed to quality
- Be comfortable working autonomously while meeting tight deadlines
