My client is seeking an experienced, Registered Valuer with a strong background in residential property valuation to join a successful team.

This role focuses primarily on completing Desktop Valuations while playing an active part in shaping the future of the residential surveying profession.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will ideally possess

  • MRICS, or FRICS qualification.
  • Registration with the Valuer Registration Scheme (VRS), or eligibility to register.
  • Experience valuing residential properties for tax purposes across a range of property types and geographical locations.
