The Role:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Property Management team.
- Act as a liaison between Regional Leads and property management.
- Gain detailed knowledge of the key account, focusing on KPIs, and ensure effective service delivery.
- Provide reliable timelines for Business As Usual (BAU) services and ensure delivery on time.
- Take responsibility for debt management and collection according to the Debt Management Policy.
