This is a rare opportunity to lead an established and highly successful building consultancy team of seven surveyors. What You’ll Be Doing

Shaping the strategic direction of the building consultancy department

Driving the growth and development of the Bristol office

Collaborating with colleagues across the firm’s national network

Proven experience in building surveying within the built environment, including team leadership

Strong communication and client-facing skills

A proactive, forward-thinking, and collaborative approach

Strong local network
