The Opportunity

You will play a key role in delivering a wide range of valuation instructions, primarily within the Gloucestershire and surrounding areas, typically within a one-hour radius.

Working closely with agency, investment and development teams, you will gain exposure to a broad mix of clients and asset types, positioning you to further develop both technically and commercially.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Red Book-compliant valuations for

  • Loan security
  • Financial reporting
  • Tax and internal decision-making
  • Undertake property inspections and market research
  • Prepare high-quality, client-ready valuation reports
  • Provide advice across commercial and development property
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide joined-up client solutions
  • Support business development and client relationship growth

About You

We are keen to speak with ambitious valuers who can demonstrate

  • MRICS qualification and RICS Registered Valuer status
  • Circa 5+ years' post-qualification experience
  • Strong grounding in commercial valuation (Red Book)
  • Excellent analytical and report-writing skills
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach
  • Confidence in dealing with clients and developing relationships
  • Experience of ARGUS (advantageous, not essential)
  • Full UK driving licence
