Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a leading retail and logistics company to recruit a Senior Estates Manager for their team based in South London.
Key responsibilities include:
- Take ownership of all landlord and tenant matters across the retail and warehouse portfolio
- Drive negotiations for lease renewals, rent reviews, break clauses, and re-gears
- Ensure lease agreements align with business objectives and operational needs
- Analyse and challenge service charge budgets and reconciliations
- Oversee the instruction of solicitors and agents
- Monitor maintenance and facilities performance through internal teams and external contractors
- Track supplier KPIs and cost trends, identifying opportunities for efficiency and value improvements

What We're Looking For:
- MRICS Qualified (Ideally 5+ years)
