The Role
This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of an established building surveying service line and workload, while playing a key part in shaping and expanding the building consultancy offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a broad range of building surveying services, including Dilapidations, Schedules of condition, and Project management.
- Take ownership of an existing fee income stream.
- Work closely with company founders and clients to provide strategic property advice.
- Build and develop new client relationships, supported by an established professional network.
- Contribute to the growth and integration of building consultancy services within the wider business.
About You
- Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS or equivalent preferred).
- Currently operating at Associate Director or Director level (or ready to step up).
