Director Level Surveyor Office location: Any UK office - London, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Ipswich, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle, Nottingham or Winchester Department: Retail Demonstrable experience applying appropriate valuation methodologies; A methodical and thorough approach to valuation work; Your valuation experience includes trading businesses (e.G. convenience stores, hotels, pubs, restaurants), rather than solely commercial property such as offices or industrial units; Strong experience in preparing clear, well‑structured valuation reports; Excellentnegotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal; Strong ITproficiency, with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office; A good understanding of accounts and lease structures; A minimumof 1-2 years post-qualification experience (desirable) Personal Characteristics Professional, with high standards and strong personal integrity Relationship‑focused, with a client‑centric and service‑driven mindset Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen, influence, and provide constructive feedback Numerate and analytical, with strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills Meticulous, methodical, and well‑organised in approach Self‑motivated, driven, and confident using initiative Calm and resilient, able to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines Collaborative team player, able to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team What can we offer?
