I'm partnering with a leading national property consultancy that is continuing to grow its Licensed & Hospitality Operational Real Estate team and is looking to appoint an experienced Hotels Broker in either Birmingham or Manchester.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an established track record in the hotels and hospitality market to join a high-performing transactional and advisory team, working alongside respected industry specialists while continuing to develop their own client relationships and deal pipeline.
The Opportunity
You’ll be joining an ambitious and collaborative team where you’ll have the opportunity to use your market knowledge, relationships and deal-making experience to play a key part in its continued growth.
This would particularly suit someone who enjoys winning work, building relationships and originating transactions, and wants the platform of a nationally recognised property consultancy behind them.
