We\’re looking for a Valuations Partner who can understand central government property portfolios and has strong connectivity with local authorities. You\’ll play a key role in shaping the regional strategy and supporting valuation work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver valuation projects for central and local government clients across the UK
- Build relationships with local authorities
- Support asset valuations and portfolio reviews, with scope to grow beyond seasonal cycles
- Drive business development and identify opportunities for team expansion
- Collaborate with planning, rating, and development surveyors to deliver integrated solutions
- Represent the business in regional markets, enhancing visibility and client engagement
What We\’re Looking For
- Proven experience in public sector property valuations, ideally at Director/ Partner level
- Strong understanding of central and local government property portfolios
- Ability to lead client conversations around disposals, Section 123, and strategic asset management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative mindset and appetite for growth
This role offers potential progression to salaried or equity partner, depending on experience and impact. You\’ll be working closely with senior leadership, including the Head of the London team, and will be instrumental in shaping the future of the regional strategy.
