I'm working with a well-established property consultancy looking to appoint a Commercial Property Manager to join its growing team in Doncaster. This is a great opportunity for an experienced property professional who enjoys taking real ownership of their portfolio. You will manage a varied range of commercial assets, predominantly industrial and office, with some retail and leisure, working closely with clients, tenants, contractors and on-site teams. The role offers plenty of autonomy alongside the support of a collaborative team, with a hybrid working approach and exposure to properties across Yorkshire and the North East.

The Role
- Managing multi-let commercial properties
- Regular property inspections and site visits
- Client, tenant and contractor liaison
- Preparing and managing service charge budgets
- Overseeing contractors and site-based staff
- Providing regular client reporting
- Supporting property owners and Asset Managers
- Ensuring Health & Safety and legislative compliance
About You
- Previous commercial property management experience
- Experience managing industrial, office, retail or leisure assets
- Strong client and tenant relationship skills
- Good knowledge of service charges
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong Excel and property management system skills
- Full UK driving licence
- MRICS desirable but not essential
- Property-related degree/HND desirable but not essential

- Previous commercial property management experience
