As a result, they are seeking an experienced Chartered Commercial Building Surveyor at Senior Surveyor or Associate level to join their team. You will be responsible for delivering a broad range of commercial building surveying services across multiple sectors, including:
- Commercial building surveys
- Dilapidations
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
- Schedules of Condition
- Contract Administration
- Acquisition Surveys
- Technical Due Diligence assignments
