Beach Baker is exclusively partnering with a property developer to recruit an Asset Manager for one of the most exciting and transformative mixed-use developments in the South West. This is a rare client-side opportunity to lead the commercial leasing strategy for a landmark regeneration project that will redefine the region's business landscape. With over 3 million sq ft of commercial space planned, this role offers the chance to shape a new urban centre from the ground up.

- Oversee lease negotiations, legal documentation, and tenant onboarding.
- Optimise asset performance through renewals, rent reviews, and strategic negotiations.
- Support placemaking initiatives to activate early-stage town centre developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams on budgeting, service charges, and operational readiness.
- Provide day-to-day tenant management and ensure compliance with lease obligations.
- Conduct market analysis to inform commercial strategy across office, R&D, life sciences, and industrial sectors.
- Represent the development with key stakeholders including agents, tenants, local authorities, and partners.
Proven experience in office leasing and asset management within commercial real estate. Ideally knowledge of the Bristol and South West office markets. Excellent negotiation, business development, and stakeholder management skills. Practical understanding of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954, service charges, and business rates. Degree-qualified in Real Estate or a related field; A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for placemaking and long-term value creation.
